Talent Acquisition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process for various roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

• Identify and attract candidates through a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach efforts.

• Evaluate resumes and perform initial candidate screenings to determine suitability for the role, motivation levels, and communication skills.

• Organize interviews, manage scheduling, and gather feedback from both candidates and hiring managers.

• Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS, ensuring high data quality and consistent processes.

• Contribute to recruiting projects and process enhancements as the team expands, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining hiring operations that are well-organized, responsive, and efficient.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, operations, coordination, or similar roles (recent graduates with a strong passion for recruiting are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in using tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.

• A proactive mindset geared towards learning and a willingness to accept feedback.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently follow through on commitments.
