This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout Europe to gather job briefs.

• Develop engaging job postings and oversee their distribution.

• Evaluate direct applications and perform initial screening calls.

• Oversee our Applicant Tracking System.

• Manage all interview scheduling and related logistics.

• Coordinate right-to-work documentation and handle job offers.

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is essential.

• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
