This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting cycle for field sales and commercial positions throughout Europe, encompassing intake, sourcing, structured interviews, offers, and closing.
• Create and consistently enhance the inbound engine, including job advertisements, localization, referral programs, nurture sequences, content, and employer branding.
• Establish and sustain proactive pipelines for high-volume positions by mapping target companies in the e-commerce and tech sectors where top field sales talent resides.
• Develop interview kits, scorecards, and debriefing processes that enhance decision quality and minimize bias.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience with clear communication, thorough preparation, and honest feedback at every stage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for field sales or commercial roles in Europe, with a background in tech or e-commerce being highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in creating inbound candidate programs with tangible results.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
• Familiarity with an ATS, particularly Ashby, is essential.
• Ability to remain organized in fast-paced environments and prioritize effectively when faced with urgent tasks.
• A proactive mindset, a strong drive, and a genuine passion for your work.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, especially as we expand in the region.
