• Supports the job requisition process.
• Publishes job openings on the ATS platform and various external job boards.
• Evaluates resumes, screens candidates, and schedules interviews.
• Engages in talent sourcing activities.
• Drafts offer letters for successful candidates.
• Writes rejection letters for unsuccessful applicants.
• Updates interview guides within the ATS systems.
• Relays employee referrals to payroll.
• Represents Spring Fertility at career and school job fairs.
• May provide assistance with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Nurtures relationships to meet staffing objectives.
• Oversees the management of the applicant tracking system.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Office365, HRIS, and ATS systems.
