Talent Acquisition Partner – Startup Health Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for both leveraged corporate positions and high-volume operational roles.

• Create and execute hiring essentials, such as structured intake forms, competency-based scorecards, standardized question banks, and formal interview debrief schedules.

• Enhance the Applicant Tracking System, starting with BambooHR.

• Spot opportunities to incorporate automation within the recruitment workflow.

• Act as a collaborative partner with the Finance team for headcount planning, budget approvals, and compensation structures.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline candidate sourcing and screening processes.

• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, particularly focusing on time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment where processes were built from scratch.

• Demonstrated success in managing searches for both leveraged roles and high-volume hiring.

• Experience in implementing or optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (experience with BambooHR is highly advantageous).

• A mindset geared towards experimentation and iteration, particularly in relation to integrating AI into the hiring process.

• Commitment to leveraging data-driven insights.

• Business acumen that aids in understanding headcount forecasting, ROI, and budgets.

• A strong operator who enjoys collaborating with leadership teams and providing structure in uncertain situations.
