This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment cycle for client accounts, from initial intake to extending offers.
• Collaborate closely with client hiring managers to establish role specifications, ideal candidate profiles, and interview procedures.
• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates with comprehensive and insightful write-ups.
• Oversee candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Ensure hiring managers remain informed and accountable for prompt feedback and decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools to improve everyday recruiting processes — including sourcing, outreach, candidate summaries, and administrative duties — and share this expertise with clients as part of the services provided.
• Keep accurate records and track the recruitment pipeline effectively.
• Represent Atomus Partners in a professional manner during all client interactions.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in the SaaS sector — this is a strict requirement, with no exceptions.
• Experience in supporting early-stage or rapidly growing companies.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms (we utilize various systems depending on client needs).
• Proven experience in hiring for specific geographic locations as well as fully remote positions.
• Strong sourcing abilities — you proactively seek out candidates rather than waiting for inbound applications.
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and maintaining organization without constant oversight.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to diverse client cultures and processes.
