Talent Acquisition Specialist, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Create and publish job advertisements on various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and specialized job boards.

• Identify, recruit, and engage passive candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and professional networking.

• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and oversee candidate pipelines.

• Manage and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by creating requisitions, workflows, and scorecards; maintaining clean stages; generating reports; and ensuring data accuracy.

• Collaborate with department directors to comprehend role specifications and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

• Maintain a well-organized applicant tracking system to guarantee a seamless candidate experience.

• Monitor and assess recruiting metrics (such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and pipeline health) to enhance efficiency and the quality of hires.

• Advocate for Ovation Law Firm’s employer brand to attract high-caliber talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or headhunting, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting.

• Proven hands-on experience with ATS systems is essential — such as BambooHR, JazzHR, Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms (including setup, workflows, templates, and reporting).

• Comprehensive understanding of job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and additional sourcing tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both active and passive candidates.

• Capability to handle multiple searches concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Must be available to work during USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
