Talent Acquisition Specialist – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for all BPO-related positions, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Create region-specific talent pipelines by utilizing local networks, online platforms, and partnerships to attract a diverse range of candidates.

• Work closely with BPO business units, HR, and management to comprehend hiring requirements and deliver effective staffing solutions.

• Source, screen, interview, and assess potential candidates, ensuring the highest standards in candidate experience and selection quality.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, continually refining processes and strategies to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for the BPO sector.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing ATS is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of the challenges and success strategies associated with BPO recruitment.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with Native Spanish is REQUIRED.
