This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for high-volume laboratory and operational roles, which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and providing onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and site leadership to identify staffing needs, set hiring priorities, and address workforce challenges.
• Recruit for direct labor positions such as Laboratory Technicians, Analysts, Sample Management Specialists, Couriers, and various laboratory support roles.
• Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, social media, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
• Establish and nurture robust candidate pipelines across several laboratory locations.
• Conduct extensive candidate outreach, phone screenings, and qualification assessments.
• Oversee candidate activities and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse ATS, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication.
• Work with hiring managers to refine recruitment processes, decrease time-to-fill, and improve the candidate experience.
• Provide insights on market trends regarding talent availability, compensation, and recruitment challenges.
• Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach efforts.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining consistent recruitment practices.
• Represent Certified Group with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, showcasing success in managing high-volume hiring.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting hourly/direct labor roles in laboratory, manufacturing, healthcare, food testing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting candidates in competitive labor markets.
• Proficient in using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Greenhouse ATS, or comparable applicant tracking systems.
• Strong comprehension of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting best practices.
• Capability to manage multiple open positions, priorities, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Creative and resourceful sourcing techniques.
• Skilled in building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and site leaders.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing a high-volume workload.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a broader Talent Acquisition team.
• Must reside in the US near a major airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for hiring events, career fairs, site visits, and team meetings.
