This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions

• Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking efforts

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend business requirements and devise effective hiring strategies

• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication

• Ensure that data remains accurate and current in our Applicant Tracking System

• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the employer brand and improving the candidate experience

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the technology sector

• Strong sourcing abilities utilizing various channels and innovative methods

• Capability to work effectively with hiring managers and influence decisions using data and insights

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a genuine interest in people and a focus on continuous improvement

• Proficiency in both German and English, in both written and spoken forms
