• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process for impactful technical positions throughout the U.S. and Latin America, including searches for executive roles.
• Serve as a reliable talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders by providing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Develop robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and cutting-edge AI support.
• Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience and guarantee a top-tier interview process from initial intake to final offer.
• Facilitate interviewer calibration sessions, debriefs, and structured decision-making to promote inclusive and high-quality hiring practices.
• Propel employer branding initiatives to distinguish our organization to top talent.
• Oversee offer management and negotiations with empathy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Employ a data-driven approach to monitor progress and enhance hiring performance.
• A minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in product-led, high-growth settings.
• Experience in managing hiring processes in the U.S. and Latin America, with familiarity in executive and senior-level recruiting.
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders, providing both strategic guidance and operational assistance.
• Proficient in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (we utilize Greenhouse).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Resourceful, organized, proactive, and an adept problem solver who excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
