• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across international markets, encompassing sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Lead searches for Senior, Head, and Director-level positions, overseeing intricate and high-stakes hiring processes from start to finish.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives - align on role strategies, provide market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job requirements and develop robust candidate pipelines.
• Employ a diverse range of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking, and community engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and improve hiring success rates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Over 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract top-tier talent using innovative and strategic methods.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to advance hiring initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with proficiency in using ATS and other HR tools.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• English proficiency at C1 level: daily communication with candidates and stakeholders across global markets is required.
• Practical experience in fintech and/or crypto: familiarity with the talent landscape and hiring dynamics in these sectors.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily tasks: from sourcing and outreach to candidate assessment and pipeline management.
