This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Must be accessible on-camera throughout work hours.

• Conduct follow-ups on AI Screening Calls.

• Gather necessary documentation.

• Clearly explain our benefits to applicants.

• Oversee team management, provide leadership, and conduct follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.

• A degree in Psychology, along with experience in management or leadership of recruitment teams and customer service is preferred.

• Previous phone experience is essential.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications or a similar platform is required.
