This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Recruit exceptional individuals who align with our values and share them.
• Develop a sourcing strategy—this is essential.
• Engage actively and guide Hiring Managers.
• Analyze your activities regularly.
• Create a positive hiring experience for candidates.
• Initiate and conduct unconventional and effective talent acquisition activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience (preferably in a product company).
• Excellent communication skills—crafting quality texts, providing feedback, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions: interviewing techniques, conducting kick-off calls, and digging deep into issues.
• Experience in building long-term relationships with candidates and teams at all stages of hiring.
• Proficient in automation and analytics tools: ATS, sourcing extensions, dashboards.
• Experience in closing performance marketing and analytical roles will be a plus.
