This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Source and attract candidates by posting job openings and cultivating talent pipelines via social media and LinkedIn, including passive sourcing for challenging positions.
• Screen applications by reviewing resumes and providing initial requirements (such as video introductions and role-specific assessments when applicable), ensuring timely follow-ups so that no candidate is left waiting.
• Interview candidates by scheduling and conducting Talent Acquisition interviews that respect their time and focus on what truly matters.
• Endorse candidates by crafting clear and honest profiles and recommending your top candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate the scheduling of candidates with Operations Leads and Executives, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the offer process.
• Stay engaged by attending weekly coaching sessions, team meetings, and calibration discussions, and providing a daily end-of-day report on your candidate pipeline.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the US; you have successfully hired for US-based organizations or clients and understand the market dynamics and expectations. This requirement is non-negotiable.
• Comprehensive experience in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsing, and coordinating offers.
• Strong instincts for sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and social media; you are adept at establishing a prominent recruiting presence online.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; your candidate profiles and emails reflect our professional image.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; you can manage daily reporting and multiple open roles without feeling overwhelmed.
• Willingness to work US hours, with the flexibility to accommodate various regions.
• Bonus: Experience in recruiting within the Philippines or Latin America markets.
