Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, evaluate, and onboard candidates for frontline community health positions throughout the U.S.

• Develop job postings in Workable and oversee applicant pipelines.

• Establish and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for high-volume and recurring positions.

• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural compatibility, and provide recommendations.

• Keep precise and current candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable).

• Successfully close 8-10 positions each month.

• Organize and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Act as the primary contact for applicants during the hiring process.

• Perform comprehensive reference checks and present findings to hiring managers.

• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and pre-employment documentation.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to the first day of work.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree.

• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination.

• Previous recruiting experience in healthcare, community health, or social services roles.

• Proficient in full-cycle recruiting processes, from intake to offer/close.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at the same time.

• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or comparable job boards and resume databases.

• Familiarity with using an applicant tracking system (ATS) with strong data management practices.

• Genuine interest in community health, healthcare access, or social services.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Preferred experience in high-volume and/or geographically diverse recruitment.

• Preferred experience with Workable ATS.

• Basic understanding of Community Health Worker (CHW) certification (preferred).

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
