This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advertise job vacancies and seek out candidates through job boards, social media, and networking, customizing approaches for the distinct talent pools in retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate roles.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process — from screening candidates and arranging interviews with hiring managers to presenting job offers — across various departments and business functions.
• Assist in managing candidate pipelines and databases, including high-volume pipelines for retail and production positions, as well as specialized pipelines for cultivation and corporate roles.
• Aid in crafting recruitment materials and job descriptions tailored to retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate functions.
• Conduct regular training sessions on recruitment for hiring managers and interviewers across departments.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal employment regulations in all supported business areas.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and foster relationships with potential hires at all levels, from frontline retail and production roles to corporate positions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand, which includes crafting compelling job advertisements, managing social media recruitment campaigns, and organizing candidate events.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and assist in preparing reports for HR leadership, emphasizing trends in retail, operations, cultivation, production, and corporate recruitment.
• Continuously refine our recruitment strategies and processes to accommodate the needs of a growing, multi-functional organization.
• Over 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in retail or hospitality; experience in the cannabis industry is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance obligations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
