This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in high-volume recruitment efforts across various departments and locations.
• Evaluate applications to confirm that candidates' backgrounds, experiences, and/or education meet the minimum qualifications.
• Perform candidate screenings through phone interviews and resume assessments.
• Initiate background investigations and support the preparation and extension of job offers.
• Develop compensation models as necessary.
• Oversee and evaluate formal resume submissions from job advertisements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that candidate pipelines meet departmental requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication with HR Generalists and leadership regarding the progress of recruitment efforts.
• High School Diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources, OR a Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
• Understanding of employment law principles as they pertain to recruiting and hiring practices.
• Capability to manage 30+ vacancies across multiple disciplines at the same time.
• Experience collaborating with a diverse range of hiring managers and HR professionals.
• Familiarity with standard recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience, either in a corporate or agency setting.
• Background in recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or professional positions.
• Experience in the mining, energy, oil, or gas industries is advantageous.
