Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to providing onboarding support.

• Identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

• Schedule interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Zoho Recruit).

• Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports utilizing MS Excel.

• Develop talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles.

• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technical hiring.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit is advantageous), along with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.

• Basic understanding of MS Excel and recruitment reporting is necessary.

• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational abilities are essential.

• Capability to handle multiple hiring needs in a dynamic environment.
