This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manages the complete recruitment process for hourly positions at Towne within a specified region.

• Identifies, screens, and selects exceptional talent for roles in healthcare, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

• Ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations in all recruitment activities.

• Creates an enjoyable experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Oversees full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles across the region.

• Works closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Attracts and engages qualified candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, educational institutions, and community outreach.

• Reviews applications, conducts initial screenings, and arranges interviews with hiring teams.

• Provides guidance to hiring managers on interviewing methods, selection criteria, and best recruiting practices.

• Shares pertinent hiring data with managers, including candidate availability, salary trends, and market insights.

• Develops talent pipelines to address high-volume hourly hiring requirements.

• Leverages approved AI tools to enhance written communication and perform market and competitor intelligence research.

• Maintains precise records in the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is necessary.

• Experience in multi-state and multi-unit environments is preferred.

• A background in hospitality, healthcare, retail, or consumer product goods is advantageous.

• Practical experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like Indeed and social media platforms is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers are crucial.

• Comprehensive understanding of recruiting practices and employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels is required.
