• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into role requirements, necessary skills, and team dynamics.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for technical and engineering roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, social media, referrals, university connections, and tailored talent pipelines for sourcing.
• Assess and evaluate candidates based on their technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Organize interview schedules, facilitate feedback processes, and ensure effective communication.
• Offer compensation insights informed by market data and internal equity considerations.
• Oversee the candidate lifecycle in the ATS for precise, real-time tracking.
• Perform reference checks, validate credentials, and uphold compliance with hiring practices.
• Monitor key recruiting metrics and provide insights to enhance hiring processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in construction recruiting, professional services, engineering sectors, manufacturing, or agency environments.
• Previous experience as a freelancer or independent contractor is advantageous.
• Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and sourcing tools.
• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and maintain fitness for duty.
