This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of role specifications, required skills, and team dynamics.
β’ Create and implement sourcing strategies tailored for technical and engineering roles.
β’ Assess and screen candidates for their technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
β’ Organize interview schedules, facilitate feedback, and ensure prompt communication throughout the hiring process.
β’ Offer insights on compensation informed by market data and internal equity considerations.
β’ Perform reference checks, validate credentials, and uphold compliance with hiring policies.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in construction, professional services, engineering sectors, manufacturing, or agency environments.
β’ Expertise with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various sourcing tools.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the U.S., and maintain fitness for duty.
β’ Flexible remote working arrangements.
β’ Engagement as a 1099 independent contractor.
