Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of role specifications, required skills, and team dynamics.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies tailored for technical and engineering roles.

• Assess and screen candidates for their technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.

• Organize interview schedules, facilitate feedback, and ensure prompt communication throughout the hiring process.

• Offer insights on compensation informed by market data and internal equity considerations.

• Perform reference checks, validate credentials, and uphold compliance with hiring policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in construction, professional services, engineering sectors, manufacturing, or agency environments.

• Expertise with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and various sourcing tools.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the U.S., and maintain fitness for duty.
