• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for positions in the US.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers.

• Provide high-quality candidate shortlists and ensure excellent candidate experiences.

• Operate within a results-oriented, delivery-focused recruiting environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.

• Significant experience in recruiting for roles based in the US.

• Proficient sourcing abilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search).

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions from start to finish.
