📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, and professional services positions.

• Collaborate with Security, IT, and HR teams for the onboarding of candidates.

• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs, priorities, and the qualifications desired in candidates.

• Develop, revise, and disseminate technical job descriptions across various recruitment platforms and internal systems.

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, CareerPlug, Clearance Jobs, Stack Overflow, Git, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

• Perform screenings and initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication abilities, and cultural compatibility.

• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, acceptance rate, candidate pipeline activity, early turnover, hiring manager satisfaction, and other quality indicators.

• Ensure recruitment practices adhere to company policies, employment laws, and equal opportunity regulations.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for future hiring demands.

• Create client-ready candidate summaries for hiring directors.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR is preferred.

• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions at once.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

• Technical expertise sufficient to understand and articulate the requirements for data engineering, accounting, or advisory roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
