Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent recruitment of specialists and executives - from needs assessment to contract signing

• Active sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, Xing, and industry-specific platforms

• Development and maintenance of talent pools as well as long-term candidate engagement

• Advising departments and hiring managers on requirement profiles and market potentials

• Creation of innovative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates

• Utilization of modern recruiting tools and social media channels

• Participation in employer branding projects to enhance the employer brand

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in human resources, business, or communications

• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting or personnel consulting, ideally focusing on specialists and executives

• Solid knowledge in active sourcing, direct approach, and talent acquisition

• Confident demeanor, strong communication, and interpersonal skills

• Structured, proactive work approach with a high quality standard

• Excellent German language skills and business fluent in English
