• Comprehending Client Recruitment Needs: Partner with client organizations to grasp their hiring criteria, job descriptions, and corporate culture.
• Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Identify candidates through diverse platforms such as LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and other organic methods.
• Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Perform initial screenings via phone calls, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings.
• Interview Coordination & Candidate Management: Arrange and manage interviews between clients and candidates.
• Offer Negotiation & Placement Success: Facilitate negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and other employment terms between candidates and clients.
• Market Research & Relationship Building: Remain informed about the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry demands.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Keep precise records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases, interview feedback, and hiring results.
• Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Take the initiative to enhance recruitment processes and apply best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting (agency experience preferred).
• Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong capability to negotiate job offers and finalize agreements.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Time Management: Capacity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Market Awareness: Knowledge of hiring trends, salary expectations, and industry best practices.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
