• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (businesses seeking staffing solutions)
• Present and advocate for the company’s staffing and recruitment offerings
• Assess client requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
• Arrange appointments or meetings for Business Development/Sales Representatives
• Keep precise records of calls, leads, and results in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects through phone and email as needed
• Achieve or surpass daily/weekly calling and lead generation objectives
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities
• Capability to manage rejection and maintain motivation
• Basic knowledge of staffing, recruitment, or HR services (preferred)
• Experience with CRM tools and call tracking applications
• Outstanding English communication skills (both verbal and written)
