📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive web searches and leverage job boards to identify potential healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health personnel.

• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates that align with the organization’s recruitment needs.

• Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospective candidates, effectively conveying key information regarding opportunities within the organization.

• Engage with candidates to assess their interest and gather vital information such as contact details, specialties, and availability.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters to forward interested and qualified candidates for further consideration.

• Ensure accurate and current records of all sourcing activities are maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Produce regular reports on lead generation metrics, encompassing the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted.

• Comply with all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar field.

• Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly advantageous.

• Strong research and lead generation capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage high-volume sourcing tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
