• Perform phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and attitude.
• Communicate information about the positions clearly and effectively.
• Assess candidates' fit for the role using established criteria.
• Arrange interviews for suitable candidates with hiring managers.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately evaluate candidates' attitude and experience during phone interactions.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related area is preferred but not mandatory.
