• In this position, you will independently identify suitable candidates and proactively reach out to them — including those who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

• You will continuously enhance our sourcing strategies.

• You will take ownership of your pipeline, prioritizing quality over quantity, and cultivate sustainable relationships with candidates.

• With your market awareness and understanding of people, you will enhance our Candidate Experience and assist in advancing our employer brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in HR or a similar qualification.

• Several years of experience in Active Sourcing — you have independently identified, contacted, and guided candidates through various processes.

• You communicate clearly and appropriately for the target audience — both in writing and verbally — and are able to generate interest.

• You possess a strong instinct for people and customize your approach to meet the needs of individual candidates.

• You remain persistent even when responses are limited and work independently and in an organized manner.

• Ideally, you have experience with an ATS or HR system (e.g., Personio).

• Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
