• Respond to calls promptly while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Conduct phone interviews with volunteers to gather demographic and medical history using standardized questionnaires.
• Precisely record and assess demographic details and medical history for all volunteers, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Organize appointments for further screening and/or consent for volunteers who meet the specified criteria.
• Execute administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and maintaining spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.
• Prior experience in direct customer service that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 6 months to 1 year) or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
