This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, engage, and recruit independent contractors from diverse regions according to language needs.
• Create and execute effective recruiting strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' language proficiency and qualifications.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Capable of conducting mass hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to gain insights into staffing requirements and job descriptions.
• Sustain a network of potential candidates through proactive market analysis and continuous relationship management.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time-management capabilities.
• Willingness to work across various time zones as required.
• Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is an advantage.
