This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from the initial job briefing to the final offer stage.
• Identify candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools.
• Evaluate CVs and perform structured competency-based interviews.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on time-to-hire and quality of hire.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or in an agency setting.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
• Proficient interviewing skills and a solid understanding of competency frameworks.
• Exceptional communication abilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Equipment provided to support your work.
• 20 days of paid leave per year.
