This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from developing initial sourcing strategies to managing scheduling, communication, offer negotiations, and finalizing hires.
• Actively seek out and engage passive candidates for challenging technical and non-technical positions to establish a strong, ongoing talent pool.
• Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by helping to define role specifications, create engaging job descriptions, and develop standardized interview rubrics that promote equitable hiring practices.
• Champion Propelus values and serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every candidate experiences a professional, engaging, and transparent recruitment journey.
• Manage our recruitment technology stack (Ashby), ensuring data accuracy, reporting on pipeline metrics (such as time-to-fill and source quality), and streamlining workflows for optimal productivity.
• Facilitate an exceptional onboarding experience that seamlessly transitions new hires from "signed offer" to fully integrated team members.
• Identify inefficiencies in hiring and HR processes and implement scalable solutions to enhance team productivity by at least 10%.
• Potentially contribute to broader People Ops initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-performing recruitment settings (both corporate in-house and agency experience are considered valuable).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job requisitions concurrently. Experience in sourcing passive talent within the Healthcare SaaS sector or similar complex environments is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in using modern ATS platforms (such as Ashby or Greenhouse) and recruitment tools, with an emphasis on utilizing data for decision-making.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities; capable of effectively communicating the organization's vision to candidates while providing honest, data-driven feedback to internal stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to process improvement, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency by at least 10%.
• Proven capability to manage sensitive candidate and compensation data with utmost confidentiality.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required; specialized certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are advantageous.
