This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for designated requisitions, encompassing intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and finalizing hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define the scope of the role and distinguish between essential and learnable qualifications.
• Develop and maintain robust and diverse candidate pipelines utilizing proactive sourcing, referrals, and innovative channels.
• Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment journey and manage scheduling delays effectively on a daily basis.
• Oversee and enhance the applicant tracking system to monitor candidate progress and provide reports on recruiting metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on recruiting performance indicators such as time to fill, time to hire, target versus actual hire dates, offer acceptance rates, qualified applicants, and screens per role, net hiring score, candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Enhance the hiring process's rigor through proper documentation practices in Ashby, structured debriefs, and consistent utilization of hiring manager and candidate resources.
• Represent the Posh brand by accurately and compellingly presenting the company to potential candidates.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house or startup setting.
• Experience in recruiting across various functions; strong technical recruiting focus is advantageous.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and changing priorities in a dynamic, early-stage company.
• Hands-on experience in managing and enhancing an applicant tracking system and talent acquisition technology stack; familiarity with Ashby is a plus.
• A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn new domains.
• Demonstrated ownership and urgency; a proactive self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship will be required.
• Compensation structured in the range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.
