This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Proactive Headhunting: Don’t wait for candidates to come to you. Actively seek out talent on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to uncover "whispering talent" for roles in marketing, operations, and legal.

• Vetting & Screening: Perform thorough initial interviews to assess for "the eye," technical Web3 proficiency, and cultural compatibility.

• Pipeline Management: Efficiently guide candidates through the interview process. In our industry, the top talent is often off the market within days, not weeks.

• Offer Negotiation: Serve as the liaison between the organization and the candidate. You should feel at ease discussing our high-performance culture and our Web3-based compensation packages.

• Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of salary benchmarks and talent trends in the Canadian creative sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a dynamic recruitment environment (either Agency or In-house). Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a significant advantage.

• The "Hunter" Instinct: You thrive on the pursuit. You possess the skill to craft a "cold" message that effectively elicits a response from top-tier talent.

• Web3 Fluency: You have a foundational understanding of the blockchain ecosystem. You can discern whether a candidate genuinely understands wallet usage or is merely using jargon.

• High Autonomy: You will be working remotely and managing your own responsibilities. You must be organized, results-oriented, and able to achieve hiring targets independently.
