This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub.

• Perform thorough initial interviews to assess both technical Web3 knowledge and cultural compatibility.

• Efficiently guide candidates through the interview process.

• Serve as a liaison between the organization and candidates during the offer negotiation phase.

• Keep abreast of salary trends and talent developments within the LATAM tech and creative industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic recruitment position (either Agency or In-house).

• Prior experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is highly advantageous.

• The "Hunter" Mindset: You thrive on the pursuit and know how to create compelling cold messages that elicit responses from top-tier talent.

• Web3 Proficiency: You possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of the blockchain ecosystem.

• Bilingual: You must have excellent professional English alongside native proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.

• High Level of Autonomy: You need to be organized, results-oriented, and capable of achieving hiring goals independently.
