This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Identify client needs and create requirement profiles.
• Execute search, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Design and publish job advertisements.
• Present candidates and provide consulting to clients.
• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a candidate network.
• Ensure high quality, a positive candidate experience, and accurate administration.
• Contribute to the improvement of workflows and recruitment processes.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to hiring.
• Proficiency in search, sourcing, and candidate mapping.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS systems.
• Knowledge of Teamtailor is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience from a recruitment agency, staffing, or internal Talent Acquisition is a plus.
