Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Proactive talent sourcing

• Identify and engage passive candidates by mapping our markets through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and your own network

• Develop talent pools for recurring or challenging roles and assess candidates for suitability before moving forward

• Maintain organized pipeline data, monitor TA KPIs, and identify risks ahead of time

• Manage a smaller portfolio of roles from start to finish — from briefings and interviews to offers and closures

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and provide insights into the candidate market

• Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process

• Write and publish job advertisements on appropriate job boards

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or proactive sourcing, with a demonstrable history of engaging passive candidates

• Experience in multiple European markets

• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS tools, and interested in leveraging AI for improved efficiency

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Exceptional written and spoken English (mandatory)

• Highly organized, persistent, and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple roles and markets without compromising speed or quality
