This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing onboarding support.
• Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels to discover potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Provide prompt feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare job offers and facilitate initial offer discussions with candidates.
• Keep accurate and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless transition for new hires and address any onboarding-related inquiries.
• Engage in additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• No prior experience is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is acceptable.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.
• A proactive and detail-oriented work approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to perform primarily seated work involving extensive use of computers and telephones, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
