This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Recruit for various roles on an international level, covering North America, LATAM, and other regions.
• Formulate sourcing strategies and create a target list of candidates for active job openings.
• Proactively search for candidates through the internet, internal and external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, and other innovative sourcing methods.
• Monitor the candidate pipeline, set priorities, and analyze performance data to provide insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on candidate selection, compensation discussions, and recruitment strategies.
• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of our talent acquisition techniques and processes.
• Work closely with various business divisions to ensure proactive collaboration and alignment in resource planning.
• Promote local recruitment events to attract and engage top talent from the surrounding market.
• Proficient in English, with advanced language skills.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a high school diploma combined with relevant experience is acceptable.
• Over 5 years of experience in a recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload while successfully completing challenging recruitment searches.
• Capable of driving a seamless end-to-end recruiting process from the initial meeting through to candidate interviews.
• Resourceful and proactive, with a knack for devising innovative solutions to fill challenging vacancies.
• Competent in executing recruitment strategies, which include employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process oversight.
• Must possess exceptionally strong communication skills across all platforms—phone, email, and in-person.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, assertively push back, and maintain a strong sense of urgency while being highly customer-focused and collaborative.
• Experience with Workday HRIS & Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Portuguese or Spanish, is preferred.
