This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, from job advertisement to the offer stage.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insights into hiring requirements, role specifications, and team priorities.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other avenues.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary candidate interviews in fluent English.
• Facilitate the interview process between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain candidate information in the ATS.
• Keep abreast of recruiting trends, talent market dynamics, and industry best practices.
• Advocate for Injective Labs culture and values, while contributing innovative methods, policies, and procedures to foster continuous improvement.
• Identify and execute new strategies and programs to attract applicants, developing creative solutions for specific recruitment challenges.
• Engage in company-wide People Ops initiatives and projects as necessary.
• 3-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience within the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 sectors.
• Proven experience managing the entire recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing to offer acceptance in a startup setting.
• Experience recruiting across international markets (US, Europe, Asia, or Latam) and comfortable in distributed team environments.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit for both highly technical roles and non-technical positions.
• Proficient sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the crypto, blockchain, and DeFi landscape.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (preferably Ashby).
• Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
