Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search techniques across various assigned requisitions.

• Evaluate incoming applications and screen resumes against established job criteria; offer clear recommendations to senior recruiters regarding candidate progression.

• Conduct structured phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and level of interest.

• Oversee all candidate communications, including outreach, follow-up, and status updates throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate interview scheduling among candidates, hiring managers, and members of the recruiting team.

• Maintain precise candidate records and status updates in the ATS; ensure data accuracy across all assigned requisitions.

• Assist in managing job postings and requisition tracking on job boards and internal systems.

• Support various sourcing projects as directed by senior recruiters or recruiting leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.

• Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or a similar sourcing platform.

• Familiarity with at least one ATS platform, such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or equivalent.

• Excellent written communication skills for candidate outreach, follow-ups, and status updates.

• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry and ATS maintenance.
