• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend hiring needs and job specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a dynamic or high-growth setting.

• Strong capability to collaborate with business leaders and effectively translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with an emphasis on providing a positive candidate experience.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple requisitions at once.

• Awareness of current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.

• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Must reside in the Philippines, with experience in local hiring to aid in building and scaling a regional team.
