📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while contributing to the development of a recruitment infrastructure that aligns with the growth and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.

• Global Talent Scouting: Assist in mapping and engaging elite talent from leading tech hubs and companies across the globe. You will identify and connect with candidates who may not be actively seeking opportunities through strategic outreach and robust networking.

• Smart Sourcing: Aid in the deployment of an AI-driven recruitment framework. You will utilize tools ranging from AI agents to niche technical communities and non-traditional channels to discover exceptional talent.

• Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with passive global talent to proactively address hiring needs as we continue our expansion.

• World-Class Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate journey from the initial discovery call to the final offer. Ensure that every interaction with EverAI, regardless of the outcome, is clear, respectful, and of high quality.

• Interviews and Screenings: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, providing concise, actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes, eliminate obstacles, and improve operational efficiency as we grow beyond 100 employees.

• Participate in innovative initiatives and content creation that positions EverAI as the premier destination for the world’s leading AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Global sourcing expertise: Proven track record in attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.

• You excel in a high-trust environment where you can learn, enhance processes, and make a significant impact.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we operate at a fast pace and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy effectively.

• Humble and open to learning, as well as receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable recruiting for products that utilize uncensored models and content.
