📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top-tier global talent.

• Assist in mapping and engaging elite talent from leading tech hubs and companies around the world.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive candidates internationally.

• Take ownership of the candidate journey, from the initial discovery call through to the final offer.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world's leading AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.

• Proven global sourcing experience: a successful track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.

• Ability to thrive in a high-trust environment where you are encouraged to learn, enhance processes, and make a meaningful impact.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Doer mindset: capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

• Humble and open to learning, with a willingness to receive feedback.

• Comfortable hiring for products that utilize uncensored models and content.
