• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.
• Global Talent Scouting: Aid in mapping and engaging elite talent from premier tech hubs and companies globally. You’ll pinpoint and connect with candidates through thoughtful outreach and robust networking.
• Smart Sourcing: Facilitate the implementation of an AI-first recruitment framework. You’ll leverage tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional channels, to help us discover exceptional talent.
• Sustain long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide to ensure we remain proactive in addressing hiring needs as we continue to scale.
• Manage the candidate journey from the initial discovery call to the final close. Ensure every interaction with EverAI is clear, respectful, and of high quality.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, and provide concise, actionable feedback for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows, eliminate friction, and strengthen operations as we grow beyond 100 employees.
• Contribute to creative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world's best AI talent.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience: Proven track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.
• A proactive mindset - we are moving quickly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.
• Humble - eager to learn and open to feedback.
• #NSFW - comfortable with hiring for products based on uncensored models and content.
• Contract Type: We prefer B2B arrangements, but we’re flexible; what matters is a long-term commitment and impact.
