Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.

• Aid in mapping and engaging elite talent from Tier 1 technology hubs and companies around the globe.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive candidates worldwide to ensure we are prepared for hiring needs as we continue to grow.

• Manage the candidate experience from the initial discovery call through to the final acceptance.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring workflows, eliminate obstacles, and reinforce our operational effectiveness as we expand beyond 100 employees.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world’s leading AI talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years in technology recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.

• Proven global sourcing experience: a successful history of attracting talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

• Ability to thrive in a high-trust environment where learning, process improvement, and impactful contributions are encouraged.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset - we are rapidly evolving, and we need individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Humble and willing to learn, open to constructive feedback.

• Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content.

• Bonus: Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI industry.

• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
