Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Identify, attract, and secure premier global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.

• Global Talent Scouting: Contribute to mapping and engaging elite talent from top-tier tech hubs and firms across the globe.

• Smart Sourcing: Aid in the deployment of an AI-driven recruitment stack.

• Foster long-term relationships with passive candidates worldwide to ensure we are proactive in addressing hiring needs as we continue to expand.

• Oversee the candidate experience from the initial discovery call to the final offer acceptance.

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to enhance hiring processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specializing in tech recruitment.

• Experience in a start-up or scale-up setting.

• Proven global sourcing experience: Demonstrated success in attracting talent from leading tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to thrive in a high-trust environment that encourages learning, process improvement, and impactful contributions.
