• Identify, attract, and secure top global talent while assisting in the development of a recruitment framework that aligns with the scale and aspirations of a company serving 50 million users worldwide.
• Global Talent Scouting: Assist in mapping and engaging elite talent from premier tech hubs and organizations worldwide. You'll pinpoint and connect with candidates who are not actively applying through thoughtful outreach and robust networking.
• Smart Sourcing: Facilitate the implementation of an AI-driven recruitment framework. You will leverage tools, from AI agents to niche technical communities and unconventional avenues, to help us discover exceptional talent.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with passive talent globally to ensure we are proactive in meeting hiring demands as we continue to scale.
• Manage the candidate journey from the initial discovery call to the final offer. Ensure every interaction with EverAI is transparent, respectful, and of high quality.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, providing succinct, actionable feedback for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Founders and Team Leads to refine hiring workflows, eliminate obstacles, and enhance operational efficiency as we expand beyond 100 employees.
• Contribute to innovative initiatives and content that establish EverAI as the premier destination for the world's top AI talent.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing expertise: A proven history of attracting talent from significant tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment.
• A proactive mindset - we are moving quickly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy effectively.
• Humility - eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
• #NSFW - comfortable recruiting for products that are based on uncensored models and content.
